Meet Asa Rhinehart CFO
"Pay It Forward"
"Pay It Forward" is a concept that encourages acts of kindness and generosity, with the sole expectation that the recipient will pass on the goodwill to others. It promotes a chain reaction of positivity, where small acts can have a significant impact on creating a more compassionate and supportive society.
Commitment To Serving Others
Asa's desire to help others ignited his passion to become a Paramedic. Asa served as a Paramedic for 13 years in Charlotte, NC. Even after transitioning from his role as a paramedic, Asa's unwavering desire to serve others remains at the forefront of his life. As a dedicated volunteer in the community, he continues to embody the spirit of selflessness, always placing the needs of others before his own.
Asa firmly believes in the power of Paying It Forward. Inspired by the kindness and support he has received throughout his own journey, he strives to create a ripple effect of goodwill by encouraging others to do the same. His ultimate satisfaction comes from witnessing individuals and communities unite in acts of service, knowing that these actions will have a lasting impact on making the world a better place.
For Asa, the only thanks he seeks is not in personal recognition or praise, but rather in seeing others inspired to pay it forward themselves. He firmly believes that when a community collectively seeks to serve others, it becomes a stronger, more compassionate, and resilient place.
Asa's commitment to helping others, even beyond his time as a paramedic, continues to be inspired by those around him. Through his unwavering dedication and belief in the power of paying it forward, he is actively shaping a brighter future for his community and leaving a lasting legacy of compassion and service.

However, Asa's dedication extends beyond his daily responsibilities. He understands that the demanding nature of the job and the exposure to traumatic experiences can take a toll on mental health.
Driven by this understanding, Asa has made it his mission to address the mental health challenges faced by first responders. He firmly believes in the importance of providing resources and support systems specifically tailored to the unique needs of this courageous community.
