The Clearinghouse contains information about holders of commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) and commercial learner’s permits (CLPs) who are covered by FMCSA’s Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.

Each driver must register on the DOT Clearinghouse. If a drug or alcohol violation occurs, the Employer will enter the violation on the Clearinghouse. Once the violation is showing on the drivers page, the drive can designate the Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) they would like to work with for the assessment.

Please return to our SAP Page or click the button below to complete your required documents, select your appointment time, and make payment.
